My goal is to improve the quality of people's lives and improve my clients' bottom line, by giving the people who visit my clients website a great experience. And make it valuable by defining the business strategy behind the experience.
I help define goals and plan strategic functions within the overall business framework. And I develop detailed blueprints to guide designers, programmers, and content providers.
I also design and incorporate visual identity to ensure consistency and recognition. And I conduct usability evaluations and heuristic studies to improve the value of my work.
