About: A relative newcomer to the "IA" field, I have been working in the technology arena for a number of years in corporate IT. In '04, I earned a Master's degree in Information Science from UNC where I studied information organization, architecture and user interface design among other things.

I current have a wide range of duties as a faculty member/Web applications manager at an academic library. In any given week, I could do usability testing, Web applications coding, project management, search analysis, database design - you name it!
