Background
Undergrad in Biology, Psychology, Pre-med. Hobby of web design became my profession, which morphed into information architecture and user-centered design. Graduate degree in Library & Information Science from UW. Tried out being a librarian for a year. UX Architect for Ascentium for 3 years. Now at ZAAZ and loving every minute of it.

Obsessions
Facilitating strategic planning and prioritization. Collaborating with peers and other disciplines, especially design and optimization. Achieving perfect flow through mastery of the tools (stickies, whiteboard, paper, Visio). Appropriate use of deliverables. Strengthening the local community of IAs and user experience professionals.
