About: As an established visual designer, I was first exposed to usability methodologies in 2000 and became an advocate for improving user experiences for software and web sites. Now I focus purely on user experience and leave the visual design for more talented peeps. :-)

I've worked on a variety of IA/usability projects for small and large companies, including Cingular/AT&T, eBay, Intuit, QPass and Microsoft.

On the rare occasions when I'm not in front of the computer, I read blogs, watch movies from Netflix, start creative projects, take lots of digital pics, and attempt to be a social butterfly. In the summertime I'll be out on my Harley as often as possible, taking road trips down the west coast and up through British Columbia – where I'll stop to enjoy some ocean kayaking. (Post-conference, it's a Harley trip to the Keys for me!)
