Things Overheard at the IA Summit
At the last couple of IA Summits I've attended, I've used the Five Minute Madness session to deliver anonymous quotes overheard at the conference. This year, I've stashed them on my blog. See this year's quotes on UX Crank (http://www.uxcrank.com)...

A WOW Experience (a few thanks)
I'd also like to thank you for going, even though we only met leaving on our way to the airport! I'll send you a proper email when I get a chance (still playing catchup with coursework), but I really appreciated our conversation. I owe you drinks when I see you next year in Memphis!

On the whole...
This was a really great experience and a wonderful way for me to spend my weekend, though I admit that the Monday blues have now infected my Tuesday return to work.
I should start saving now to make sure that I make it back for next year.

5-minute madness, for those who missed it
Austin's twittering may have been almost, if not more, exciting than the 5 minute madness.

Tired but inspired
Great conference. It was great meeting so many wonderful people and not having to explain what an IA is. Good job organizers.

Your Network Changes
I just put up a more functional version of the My Network page. The want-to-meet feature is now more prominent as it feeds into a to-meet list.
Also, now that the conference is winding down you should try the vcard export from that page. That ...

UPA compared to IA Summit
What's sad is that I live in the Baltimore/DC area - would take me about 2o mins to get to the UPA conference, yet I won't be going. Company would pay for IA b/c conference cost was cheaper than the UPA one (even though I wouldn't need a place to stay).
Look at the presentations. From what I can see, it looks to be good.
